About me

My name is Estaban, and my journey is a testament to resilience and the power of transformation. It all began in Orlando, FL, where I worked as a used car salesman. Seeking greater opportunities, I moved to New York and landed a role in the finance industry, selling small business loans on Wall Street. However, life took a sharp turn, and in a matter of months, I found myself homeless—sleeping in my car and later in a shelter—earning just $20 a day delivering Uber Eats on foot.

Determined to turn things around, I hustled my way into a $20/hour role as a sales associate at a Times Square hotel. Within three months, I began building momentum, and in eight months, I broke into the tech industry as an SDR at a small business IT firm in New Jersey, earning a $25K base salary with a $50K OTE.

While working there, I started a side hustle to make ends meet—a venture that would soon grow into something much bigger. Just two months later, I leveled up again, securing an SDR role at an enterprise organization with a $60K base salary and a $75K OTE.

As I continued to grow in the tech industry, my side hustle transformed into a full-fledged startup. I built a team of SDRs and AEs, driven by a mission to help others, particularly those facing tough circumstances, break into tech sales. Today, my startup empowers individuals to achieve their own transformative career journeys, just like I did. Creating the blueprint to success!
