SDR BLUEPRINT – ACCELERATOR ACCESS PLAN 

This Coaching Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between SDR Blueprint, LLC and the undersigned participant ("Participant" or "Client").

By enrolling in this program, the Participant agrees to the following terms and conditions of the SDR Blueprint Accelerator Access Coaching Program, designed to provide job seekers with intensive mentorship, tools, and accountability to land a tech sales role within a 90-day window.

1. Program Overview

Accelerator Access Plan ($1,000)
Best For: SDRs seeking to land their first tech sales job with expert support, structured strategy, and consistent coaching over 90 days.

What’s Included:

• Full access to the SDR Blueprint Course

•  Access to the private SDR Blueprint community

•  Job alerts tailored to tech sales openings

•  Weekly check-ins and progress tracking

•  Weekly 1:1 strategy sessions (limited to 90 days)

•  Resume and LinkedIn audit

•  Interview coaching and role-play support

2. Program Access & Payment Terms

• $1,000 due in full at enrollment

• Coaching access begins immediately upon enrollment

• All payments are final and non-refundable

• There are no payment plans associated with this plan

• Sessions or services missed due to participant inactivity do not qualify for refunds or credits

• All services are valid and accessible for a maximum of 90 days from the date of enrollment

3. KPI Reporting Requirement

Participants agree to:

• Submit weekly KPI reports via a Google Form provided by SDR Blueprint

• Track all outreach activity honestly and completely

• Remain transparent and consistent in reporting throughout the 90-day period

Failure to submit reports may result in the suspension or termination of program access.

4. Accountability Journaling, Group Participation & KPI Reporting

Participants must:

• Submit journal entries after completing each course module

• Share progress updates weekly inside the private Slack or community group

• Submit weekly KPI reports using the official SDR Blueprint system

Failure to complete these responsibilities may result in a forfeiture of access to coaching or the community.

5. Weekly 1:1 Coaching Sessions

Participants are entitled to:

• One (1) weekly 1:1 strategy session with Estaban during the 90-day program window

• Sessions are scheduled upon request and subject to availability

Sessions May Include:

• Resume and LinkedIn audits

• Outreach feedback and cold call reviews

• Interview coaching and mock role-plays

• Personalized job search roadmap and milestone setting

Rescheduling Policy:

• Missed or canceled sessions with less than 72-hour notice are not eligible for rescheduling

• Repeated no-shows may result in removal from 1:1 scheduling privileges

6. Termination & Removal from Program

SDR Blueprint reserves the right to remove any participant from the program due to:

• Failure to submit KPI reports or journal entries

• Repeated missed 1:1 sessions without communication

• Sharing course materials externally without permission

• Disrespectful or unprofessional conduct with peers or Coach

Attendance & Cancellation Policy:

• A No Call, No Show to a scheduled 1:1 will result in removal

• Cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled session may result in termination unless due to a documented emergency

• Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled

• Participants removed for policy violations may not be eligible for future programs

7. Community Conduct

All participants agree to:

• Attend group coaching sessions when offered

• Remain active in the community through journaling and discussions

• Maintain professionalism and collaborate respectfully with peers

• Use all tools and resources in good faith

8. Intellectual Property Protection & Confidentiality

Participants agree not to:

• Share or copy SDR Blueprint training materials

• Record or distribute any coaching sessions or community content

• Disclose confidential information shared by other participants

Violation of this clause will result in immediate removal from the program and potential legal action.

9. No Refund Policy

• All payments are final and non-refundable

• Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Lack of participation

  • Missed sessions

  • Voluntary program withdrawal

• Participants are responsible for managing their access and completing the program within the 90-day period

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and applicable in all 50 states and D.C.

For international participants, this Agreement shall also be enforceable under the local laws of the participant’s country of residence, unless in direct conflict with the terms herein.

Both parties agree to attempt informal resolution before any formal legal process. Legal proceedings, if necessary, shall take place in the jurisdiction of SDR Blueprint, LLC’s principal place of business.
