SDR BLUEPRINT – ELITE ACCESS 

This Coaching Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between SDR Blueprint, LLC and the undersigned participant ("Participant" or "Client").

By enrolling in this program, the Participant agrees to the following terms and conditions of the SDR Blueprint Elite Coaching Program, designed to support high-performing SDRs with job placement, skill-building, and post-hire mentorship.

1. Program Overview

Tier 3 – Elite Access ($3,000)
Best For: High-performers aiming to break into tech sales and maximize their early career growth with long-term coaching support.

What’s Included:

  •  Full access to the SDR Blueprint Course

  •  Access to the private SDR community

  •  Curated job alerts

  • Weekly check-ins and progress tracking

  • Unlimited 1:1 strategy sessions

  • Resume and LinkedIn audit

  • Interview coaching and mock practice

  • Post-Hire Support (30 Days)

2. Program Access & Payment Terms

  • $3,000 due in full at enrollment

  • All payments are final and non-refundable

  • Coaching access begins immediately upon enrollment

  • Missed sessions or inactivity do not qualify for refunds or credits

  • Payment must be honored in full for access and program continuation

3. KPI Reporting Requirement

Participants agree to:

  • Submit weekly KPI reports via a Google Form provided by SDR Blueprint

  • Track outreach activity accurately

  • Remain transparent and consistent with all tracking expectations

Failure to comply may result in loss of access or early program dismissal.

4. Accountability Journaling, Group Participation & KPI Reporting

To stay aligned and focused, participants must:

  • Submit a journal entry after each module or milestone

  • Share weekly progress in the private Slack or group forum

  • Complete and submit KPI reports weekly

Failure to meet these requirements may result in suspended or revoked privileges.

5. Unlimited 1:1 Coaching Sessions

Participants receive:

  • Unlimited 1:1 coaching sessions during the program period

  • Sessions scheduled by request, subject to availability

Sessions May Include:

  • Resume and LinkedIn audits

  • Cold outreach and objection coaching

  • Interview prep and role-playing

  • Career strategy and milestone planning

Rescheduling Policy:

  • Sessions canceled with less than 48-hour notice are not eligible for rescheduling

  • Multiple missed or late sessions may result in reduced access

6. Termination & Removal from Program

SDR Blueprint reserves the right to remove participants due to:

  • Failure to complete KPI reports or journal entries

  • Sharing proprietary content outside approved platforms

  • Unprofessional or disruptive behavior in sessions or community spaces

  • Repeated absences without proper communication

Attendance & Cancellation Policy:

  • No Call, No Show = Immediate removal

  • Cancellations within 48 hours may result in termination unless an emergency is documented

  • No rescheduling of missed sessions

  • Removed participants are not eligible for refunds or future access

7. Community Conduct

All participants must:

  • Engage in weekly group sessions professionally

  • Uphold respectful communication in all forums

  • Use all resources in good faith to achieve coaching goals

8. Intellectual Property Protection & Confidentiality

All materials and training systems are proprietary to SDR Blueprint.

Participants agree not to:

  • Share or resell materials

  • Reproduce any coaching frameworks

  • Record or distribute live sessions

Violations will result in immediate removal and possible legal consequences.

9. No Refund Policy

  • All payments are final and non-refundable

  • No refunds for inactivity, disengagement, or missed calls

  • Participants must honor full payment terms to retain access

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States and applicable in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.

For international participants:

  • You agree to submit to U.S. jurisdiction unless in direct conflict with your local laws.

  • Any legal disputes shall be addressed first through informal mediation, followed by action in the jurisdiction of SDR Blueprint, LLC’s principal place of business.
